Due to increased customer demand we are reorganizing the store and adding THOUSANDS of new records to our inventory!

The reorganization will be complete on Friday, December 12, and new records will be added to inventory DAILY!

There are some incredibly rare titles to go out, so don’t miss this opportunity to grab your fill of music history on good ol’ vinyl!

Also: we also sell new and used turntables, needles, belts, and perform repairs on most makes and models!


Ginger St. James LIVE in-store on Saturday, Nov. 29 at 2:00pm

Join us for a rip-roarin’ good time on Saturday November 29 at 2:00 pm as Hamilton’s own Ginger St. James pays us a visit to play a very special live set in our basement to promote her new album, ‘Diesel and Peas’.

The concert is free of charge, but is on a first come, first served basis, so get here early to secure a spot!

After her performance, Ginger will be staying around to meet and greet her fans, and will be signing her new CD which we proudly have on sale here at Dr. Disc!

If you are not familiar with Ginger St. James, she is a self-proclaimed Rockabilly Queen, chock full of the spirit of real rock n’ roll and old time country goodness! Along with her own material, Ginger rules the roost with classic homages to artists like Wanda Jackson, Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, and other music legends.

Last “Raise the Roof” FREE Concert of the year is on 10/10/14!

Dr. Disc will be “Raising the Roof” one last time this year by hosting a free, outdoor live musical performances outside the store at 20 Wilson Street (at James) to coincide with October’s Art Crawl. 

The purpose of these concerts is to:

• feature local, independent musical artists of all genres and expose them to as widespread audience as possible – for FREE!
• increase awareness of and highlight the diversity and vitality of the independent Hamilton music scene.
• encourage the public to come to downtown Hamilton to experience all that it has to offer.
• to give back to the community for the support it has shown for Dr. Disc since the doors opened back in 1991.

The next and final session of this year takes place Friday, October 10 between the hours of 6:00 and 10:00 pm.
